A Gloomy Cat

Once, in a huge Maison, in front of a park,

lived a cute cat named Lucy,

along with her master.

Lucy was the dearest to her master and so was her master to her.

One day, due to some disorder, Lucy’s master died.

Lucy was sitting on a bench in the park

and weeping.

She was very depressed.

Her friends — Bruno, the dog,

Mick, the mouse and

Peanut, the bird, saw her shedding tears.

They all came to Lucy and asked her, “What had happened?”.

Lucy told them what had happened. They also were quite sorrowful after listening to her story.

Bruno apprised Lucy that he had heard his master thinking of keeping a cat as a pet, as well. So, Lucy could stay at his house with Bruno and his master.

When they went to Bruno’s master and asked him to keep Lucy as a cat pet, he agreed merrily.

Lucy was glad, she thanked Bruno and her friends and

they all lived happily ever after.
